Role Description
A Data Quality Manager works closely with other managers to improve and monitor data quality. This includes: implementing the data quality policy and improving data quality within all data sources; compiling data quality reports to share with system users and managers; undertaking audits to identify poor system users and take the necessary corrective actions; communicating data capture issues to users; and overcoming resistance and facilitating resolution through training, use of best practice and demonstration of the benefits of good data quality.
